We want you to love your Live Happy Label purchase! 🌿

Returns and exchanges are welcome within 14 days of delivery with a receipt or order confirmation.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and in the same condition in which they were received.

Please contact us at charlani@livehappylabel.com before sending your return so we know it's on the way.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless, of course, the mistake was ours! Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. Live Happy Label is not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged in transit.

Final Sale Items

Clearance items and discounted dated planner products are final sale and are not eligible for return, exchange, or refund.

Items marked Final Sale/Clearanced on the product listing are also not eligible for return or exchange.

Of course, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or we accidentally send you the wrong item, please contact us ~ we'll make it right! 🌿

Damages & Order Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if an item is defective or damaged, or if you received the wrong item.

Exchanges

Want a different size or item? No problem!

The fastest way to make an exchange is to return the original item and place a separate order for the item you'd like instead. This also allows you to secure your new item right away rather than waiting for your return to be received and processed.

Once we receive and approve your return, we'll issue a refund for the returned item to your original payment method.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll let you know when your refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
